The sawing, threading and grinding production line is an automatic production line that uses the wiring method to reasonably connect the three processes of steel bar sawing, steel bar threading and steel bar end grinding with electric and pneumatic systems.

The equipment is composed of raw material rack, pre sawing rail, sawing machine, post sawing rail, steel bar flat laying rack, threading rail, threading machine, grinding rail, grinding machine, finished product rack, etc. One worker can operate the whole equipment to complete three processing procedures. A lot of manpower and material resources have been saved. The processing efficiency of the equipment is about 800-1000 rebar ends every 8 hours. The equipment can be used to process the raw material reinforcement into the main reinforcement of the reinforcement cage after threading at both ends and burring.
