Based on the application of digital simulation technology and 6S concept, the intelligent reinforcement processing center optimizes the layout of processes in the planning stage, changes the outdoor operation of traditional reinforcement processing, reduces the floor area and carbon emissions required for production, and comprehensively upgrades the process intelligently. At present, the intelligent steel bar processing center is composed of a bar shearing and bending robot, a full-automatic steel bar straightening and cutting machine, an automatic circular bending and welding machine, an intelligent numerical control stirrup plate and reinforcement all-in-one machine, a nine-wheel numerical control arc bending machine, an intelligent small hoop bending machine, and other intelligent production lines, which fully realizes the automation, informatization, and less humanization of the production process.
At the same time of upgrading the overall process, "Smart Innovation Project" also focuses on the circulation link that acts as a link in the production process. Through the introduction of the unmanned AGV car, the processing center has realized the automation and flexible flow of workshop logistics and storage, which greatly improves the flow and even the overall production efficiency, but also reduces the pressure of safety management, and gives more humanized care to intelligent automatic production.
