1. Bending forming mechanism
This site is mainly responsible for the shaping of stirrups. Bend the delivered steel bar into the shape we set. The power source of this site is a servo motor. The steel bars can be bent in both directions, and the mandrel can be freely controlled to expand and contract, up and down, and to change the size of the mandrel.
2. Quick cutting mechanism
This site is mainly responsible for the shearing action after the steel bar is formed. It is composed of motor and pneumatic brake clutch. The cutting action is completed instantly after receiving the cutting signal. The action is convenient and quick.
3. Vertical straightening mechanism
This site is mainly to adjust the vertical straightness of steel bars. It uses a pair of roll straightening method. Just adjust the depth of each group of rollers, you can easily straighten the vertical direction of the steel bar.
4. Automatic feeding mechanism
This station is mainly responsible for the wire feeding action of the steel bar in the bending process. The servo motor drives two sets of rollers to complete the wire feeding action. The action is accurate and fast.
5. Horizontal straightening mechanism
This site is mainly to adjust the horizontal straightness of steel bars. The mechanism is equipped with an automatic feeding device. The cylinder is used to press the rollers to move forward and backward, and the active roller is driven by a motor, which drives the steel bar to feed.
6. Pay-off stand

7. Machine console
