LUYUAN machinery main features of LYMW-2500 steel wire mesh welding machine:
1. Main frame: welded by steel plate profiles, the main structure is more compact and firm.
2. Vertical wire feeding: Japan's Panasonic brand servo motor drives a pneumatic compression wire feeding device to send the vertical wire to the welding position, saving the time of placing the vertical wire.
3. Horizontal wire feeding: using a stepping motor to drive the disc device to automatically blank the material, single wire and single drop, so that the weft wire placement is more accurate. The improved hopper can carry more horizontal yarns than the traditional style. Once there is no wire or the falling wire is abnormal, the equipment will automatically stop until the hopper is normal.
4. Vertical wire spacing: moving the contact can realize different vertical wire spacing. Each welding spot is adjustable and water-cooled to ensure welding quality.
5. Welding device: automatic control and management of welding time and sub-control welding. The compression spring controls the welding pressure and is easy to control and adjust. The flexible bell-mouth cable trough ensures the service life of the soldered copper block. Welding power electronic control adopts the method of one-time compression and separate control of power transmission, that is, when welding the same row of weft wires, the transformer is operated separately to reduce the requirements on the power transformer. The frequency conversion speed regulating brake motor and the helical gear reducer are used to link the main shaft to make the welding more stable and efficient.
6.
