3、 Brief description of unit equipment
Material release rack: mechanical expansion and contraction uncoiler, with expansion and contraction range set for the reel φ 460-520, set a stopper foot to prevent the steel coil from scattering. In addition, the brake device can control the uncoiling tension, eliminate the inertia basis and eliminate the possibility of spring like dispersion.
Seven roll initial straightening: 2-roll pinch and 5-roll leveling. 2-roll pinch can eliminate the burrs after partial slitting. The feed inlet is equipped with a well shaped guide device. 5-roll initial leveling adjusts the plate head after slitting to facilitate feeding. Roller diameter φ 95. There is no power roll. Both ends of the leveling roll are supported by rolling bearings. The width of the roll surface is 100mm.
Chamfering extruder: 10 vertical rollers are used for top extrusion in 5 groups to extrude the longitudinal rough edges and right angles of the sheet metal, so as to make the sharp edges of the strip steel into small blunt edges, realize the edge forming of the flat steel, and improve the quality and grade. Two roll pressing devices are set in the middle to stabilize the production and operation of sheet metal and improve the forming effect.
Two roll pinch machine: it is equipped with power transmission. It uses the same power as the leveling host machine. The transmission ratio is reasonably set to achieve synchronous speed. A gear distribution box is set. The diameter of the two rolls is 190 and the width of the roll surface is 100 mm. It plays the role of pinch and polishing the surface.
Longitudinal straightening machine: 7 vertical rollers are used to straighten the longitudinal bending of sheet metal.
Plane straightening machine: set 22Kw frequency conversion control speed regulating motor, configure reducer, set 2-roll pinch and 11 roll straightness, and set the straightness with steel flatness; The motor adopts frequency conversion control, which is more conducive to cost saving, and the speed and length are more reliable. Encoding device is installed at the outlet to achieve accurate length cutting.
